Nigeria – South Korea - Uzbekistan

Nigeria's Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Urges Youths to Shun Cybercrimes. "One of the most prevalent crimes committed by youths today is the cybercrime otherwise called yahoo-yahoo. The EFCC is currently prosecuting many of those youths but the shocking one was the arrest of 6 youths belonging to the same family."

The Anti-corruption and Civil Right Commission (ACRC) Sharing Korea's Anti-Corruption Policy Performances at the APEC's Working Group Meeting (August 17). "ACRC's presentation included the amendment of the Act on Anti-Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the agency, regarding the strengthened protection and confidentiality of corruption whistleblowers, and the Prevention of Conflict of Interest Act, enforced this year."

Uzbek's Anti-Corruption Agency launched a two-day training seminar addressing the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts and the practice of assessing corruption risks. "Experts provide the necessary information and recommendations on the methods and specific criteria for rating assessment of anti-corruption work, as well as the use of an electronic platform to assess the effectiveness of these efforts."
