House of the U.S. Passes Bill to Boost Budget of Nation's Financial Crime Fighters. "New funds will empower the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), which is the bureau of the Treasury Department responsible for implementing the Corporate Transparency Act to end the abuse of anonymous U.S. shell companies, to expedite lagging anti-money laundering rulemakings."
