Why fighting corruption matters in times of COVID-19. “With the release of the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2020, we looked at how corruption undermines states’ capacity to respond to emergencies such as the dual health and economic crises brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, special committees and sub-committees in charge of civil servants' ethics will be established, and the entire civil service will have a comprehensive structure.”
