CIAA files Rs 1.33 billion graft case against three persons including Chudamani Sharma.  “[Nepal’s] Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed Rs 1.33 billion (approx. US$ 11 mil) graft case against three persons in ‘irregularities’ involving the Tax Settlement Commission…[for] exempting tax going beyond the jurisdiction…on the basis of mutual negotiations.”
